I just recently moved to Albuquerque and bought a house, and the house really needs updated flooring. What are the best companies for carpet and ceramic or natural stone tile selection and installation? Thank you.

Anything I use doesn't take the scum and mold completely off the walls. The only thing that works is bleach but Im afraid it will stain the floors. Please help

I need floor tiles for the kitchen, relatively inexpensive - I was thinking natural stone (as I used Tavertine on the walls in my bathroom and sparkly granite on the floor there) but I canot find anything suitable and relatively inexpensive for my kitchen - everything is £22+ per M2. And I don't want to use ceramic tiles.
So I am wondering - does anyone know new natural stones that are cheaper (something not very widely used) or have any exiting new ideas for floor covering (not wood or carpets or linoleum)
Thanks!

Can you use normal Ceramic quick dry Floor adhesive for Slate floor tiles ? Its about half the price of the Natural stone equivalent and I have an area of 40sq Meters to lay. The reputable place I bought them from said I could, but I want to be doubly sure.
Most of the sub-surface is floor screed with a portion of Marine ply covering 5 sq meters.

I am wanting to update my bathroom and don't want to spend over $5,000. The bathroom is small 6' x 8' and was built in the early 60s. The shower/tub tile is still in very good condition, but it is beige and brown 3" ceramic; however, I wish to lay floor tile with a tile base around the wall and believe that the tile on the floor should match what is in the tub/shower. I might be selling the house within 10 years, so, I I want it to be something tasteful that would be a good selling feature. Almost all of the tile I see in the stores is the natural stone look in 12" tiles. I think that is too big for such a small space. What size should I be looking for, and should I replace the tile around the tub/shower to match the floors? I am also extending the tile into the utility area which is about 5' wide x 6' in length. Also, should I replace the tub or is there a way for a professional to remove the stains, as bleaching hasn't helped.
